ADMIN ASSISTANT (PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT & PROJECTS)
We are looking for a proactive and organized Admin Assistant to support our Property Development Department. The successful candidate will assist in project administration, documentation management, coordination, and reporting to ensure smooth project operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain project files, records, and correspondence.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, government agencies, and relevant stakeholders.
- Assist in tracking project submissions, approvals, permits, and documentation.
- Schedule meetings, site visits, and project-related activities.
- Prepare meeting minutes, reports, and project updates.
- Monitor project timelines and follow up on assigned tasks.
- Maintain organized filing systems for contracts, drawings, approvals, and project documents.
- Perform general administrative and clerical duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Property Management, Construction Management, or related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive.
