Based in: Tawau, Sabah
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage worker-level checkroll verification accurately and timely.
- Handle statutory payment and compliance including PCB, EPF, SOCSO and related submission.
- Perform checkroll analysis, and monitoring wages components such as overtime, allowances and deductions.
- Any other HR projects and ad-hoc duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree in Statistics/ Business Administration/ Management or related fields from recognized Universities with minimum CGPA of 3.0.
- Knowledge in Workers’ checkroll or payroll would be added advantage.
- Meticulous, able to meet tight deadlines and highly organized.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with internal and external parties.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Able to travel.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
