PTP is looking for a motivated and analytical individual to join our team as an Executive, Data Analytics & Workflow Automation (Contract). This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who are passionate about leveraging data, digital tools, and AI technologies to improve business processes and operational efficiency.
You will play an important role in supporting digitalisation initiatives, workflow automation projects, and the development of AI-enabled solutions across the organization.
Role Overview
As part of the digital transformation journey, you will assist in analysing data, identifying opportunities for process improvements, and supporting the development of automation solutions using modern digital platforms and AI tools.
This position offers excellent exposure to real-world applications of data analytics, workflow automation, and emerging AI technologies within a large corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities
Data Analytics & Reporting
- Support data collection, cleansing, analysis, and reporting activities.
- Prepare dashboards, reports, and insights to support business planning and decision-making.
- Assist in monitoring key operational and departmental performance indicators.
Workflow Automation
- Support the design, development, testing, and enhancement of workflow automation solutions.
- Assist in automating administrative and operational processes using digital tools.
- Identify opportunities to simplify and improve existing work processes.
AI & Digitalisation Initiatives
- Participate in the development and implementation of AI-enabled and agentic workflows.
- Explore practical applications of AI technologies to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Support ongoing digital transformation initiatives across departments.
Process Improvement & Documentation
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements.
- Prepare process maps, user guides, and technical documentation for implemented solutions.
- Assist in troubleshooting, monitoring system performance, and recommending improvements.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Coordinate with various business functions to gather requirements and provide project support.
- Support change management and user adoption for newly implemented digital solutions.

Education
- Bachelor's Degree in:

- Or any related discipline
Experience
- Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
