Job Description
The board member/strategic advisor will be responsible for stability and growth across the business. You will support the company with both strategy and execution, helping them create long-term goals as well as manage the day-to-day operations and decisions of running a small-medium sized business.
The ideal candidate will have experience either managing a small - medium business up to $100Million in sales and have had full P&L ownership at a small business or a division of a midsize or large business. Ideal candidates will have managed demand/revenue generation as well as fixed cost support roles and everything in between. They will have experience hiring teams, managing performance, and creating incentive structures
Qualifications
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- A minimum of 10-15 years of experience in an operations and leadership role (GM, CCO, CEO or President)
- Full P&L responsibility at a small business or a division of a medium or large corporation
- Experience managing companies within Healthcare/Pharma/Medical industies
- A degree in a business or finance related field
- Outstanding leadership qualities and the ability to mentor and support executive leadership teams across multiple functions/businesses
- Experience growing and leading teams across - hiring, managing performance, and creating incentive structures
- Excellent relationship building skills and the ability to connect quickly with diverse personalities
- Strengths in Mergers & Acquisitions, Business Development, Sales & Marketing, Supply Chain (CPSM), and Strategic Planning. Extensive, broad, and diverse experience growing sales, market share, and controlling costs
