The Process and Equipment Engineer (Plasma/Laser Grooving) will focus on ensuring the optimal functionality and performance of plasma and laser grooving equipment. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining process controls, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, analyzing process performance data, and driving continuous improvement in manufacturing processes. This is a full-time, on-site position located at Globetronics’ facility in Bayan Lepas.

• Proficiency in Process Equipment operation and maintenance
• Strong skills in Process Control and Process Engineering to optimize manufacturing processes
• Exceptional Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making
• Experience in Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience in the semiconductor or electronics manufacturing industry is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to a fast-paced environment
