Job Summary

We are seeking motivated and responsible individuals to join our team as Assistant Company Secretary. The successful candidates will be involved in handling corporate secretarial and compliance matters in accordance with the Companies Act 2016 and relevant regulatory requirements.

Candidates applying for the Company Secretary position must possess a valid Practising Certificate issued by SSM.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle full spectrum of corporate secretarial duties for a portfolio of clients. 
  • Prepare and submit statutory documents and filings to SSM within stipulated deadlines. 
  • Draft board resolutions, minutes of meetings, annual returns, and other corporate documents. 
  • Ensure compliance with the Companies Act 2016 and relevant statutory requirements. 
  • Maintain and update statutory records and secretarial documents. 
  • Liaise with clients, auditors, tax agents, and relevant authorities on corporate secretarial matters. 
  • Ensure proper filing and maintenance of company records and documentation. 
  • Support daily secretarial and administrative functions.
