- Experience in Landscape Maintenance is preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Able to work independently, plan work schedules, and solve on-site problems.
- Possess a valid GDL Licence.
- Willing to travel and work on-site.
- Responsible, proactive, and able to work well with others.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Tanggungjawab
- Plan, arrange and supervise daily landscape maintenance works.
- Schedule employees’ daily tasks and assign work locations.
- Prepare and submit work reports, site photos, and progress updates.
- Work together with the maintenance team on-site and assist in resolving site issues.
- Coordinate manpower deployment, transportation, and daily work arrangements.
- Ensure all works are completed according to company requirements and client instructions.
- Monitor and control the proper use of tools, machinery, and company vehicles.
- Maintain good communication with clients, project teams, and the office.
