Job Description

Responsibilities

Job Summary

Manage full set accounting and prepare financial statements and regulatory reports for compliance. Oversee daily remittance audits and coordinate with auditors to ensure accurate financial operations and reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Independently manage full set accounting to ensure accurate financial records
  • Prepare monthly financial statements and reports to support business decision-making
  • Compile and submit monthly, half-yearly, and yearly Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) reports in compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Audit and balance daily remittance transactions from all tellers, including collections, to maintain transaction accuracy
  • Willing to train MAS Payment Services Anti-Money Laundering and Countering the Financing of Terrorism training to apply knowledge in auditing remittance transactions and reporting ensure compliance.
  • Coordinate and liaise with external auditors to facilitate audits and ensure compliance
  • Prepare and submit IR8A employee tax reporting accurately and timely
  • Perform related ad hoc duties as required to support financial operations.

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Candidate must possess a Degree in Accountancy or equivalent qualification.

Other Information

  • Must be able to work on Sundays and public holidays to support audit and transaction balancing activities
  • and willing to work flexible hour until 9 pm .
