Project Admin (1-Year Contract) –

Location: Novena Salary: $4,000 - $5,000/month Working Hours:

• Monday – Thursday: 8:30am – 6:00pm

• Friday: 8:30am – 5:30pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Change Manager and Service Delivery Manager in preparing weekly and monthly reports.

• Coordinate with various teams to ensure timely submission of reports and documentation.

• Assist in report consolidation and presentation to customers.

• Ensure compliance with document control procedures and support annual document reviews.

• Manage staff onboarding and offboarding processes.

• Maintain and update staff records and training compliance status.

• Support internal and external audit activities and track audit findings to closure.

• Assist with PMO administrative functions, including asset administration and annual asset verification.

• Monitor service requests and provide monthly status reporting.

• Support team welfare initiatives, meeting room bookings, and team events.

Requirements:

• GCE 'O' Level qualification or equivalent.

• Experience providing administrative support in a project or PMO environment.

• Experience supporting Project Managers and implementing PMO processes.

• Able to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and manage reporting timelines.

• Familiar with project governance and project lifecycle processes.

• Experience in billing operations and PMO coordination is advantageous.

• Knowledge of ITIL Service Management will be an added advantage.
