Hair Stylist

Job Responsibilities

Provide professional hair consultation and recommend suitable hairstyles, hair color, and treatment solutions.

Perform haircutting, hair coloring, highlights, balayage, perming, Japanese hair straightening, acid straightening, and hair treatment services.

Analyze hair and scalp conditions and recommend appropriate hair care solutions.

Build and maintain long-term client relationships through excellent customer service.

Stay updated with the latest hair trends, techniques, and products.

Maintain salon cleanliness, hygiene, and professional standards.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of professional hairstyling experience.

Strong technical skills in haircutting, coloring, perming, and chemical services.

Experience in Japanese hair straightening, acid straightening, grey blending, or airtouch balayage is preferred.

Ability to conduct consultations independently and recommend suitable services.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Customer-oriented with a strong focus on service excellence.

Relevant hairstyling certification is an advantage.
