Kerja Sepenuh Masa PROCUREMENT COORDINATOR-EXECUTIVE, Gaji tinggi SGD 3,500 di BHCC CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. East Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

• Raise and create purchase requisitions for procurement of goods/services, as required.
• Create Purchase Order (POs), track PO closure and review open POs.
• Maintaining records of goods received and ordered.
• Monitoring and preparation of purchasing related reports.
• Communicate and negotiate with vendors and suppliers
• Review requested items for requisition and liaise with department supervisors to determine the suitability of the material as well as identify and / or track overdue material requests
• Arranges transfer of materials between project sites
• Maintains records of material inventory, asset inventory reports and status and location of materials
• Ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirement

• Bachelor or Diploma in related field
• At least 5 years’ relevant working experience in Construction industry
• Familiar with construction material and specification
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Responsible and reliable
• Excellent interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills
