About the Role: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operation Support Manager (OSM) to support retail operations through effective workforce planning, recruitment management, payroll verification, scheduling coordination, and operational compliance. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth store operations, manpower optimization, and adherence to company policies and procedures.

In-charge for Central Store : 10 store
Allowances Entitled: Travelling Allowance ,HP Allowance, Role Allowance
Key Responsibilities
Workforce Planning & Recruitment
- Manage manpower planning and monitor staffing requirements across assigned stores.
- Maintain vacancy tracking and recruitment progress reports.
- Coordinate recruitment activities including candidate screening, documentation verification, and hiring administration.
- Develop and publish job advertisements through various recruitment channels.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline to support future staffing needs.
Attendance, Scheduling & Payroll Support
- Monitor and verify employee attendance records and attendance adjustments.
- Ensure attendance data accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Review and approve store work schedules and overtime planning.
- Verify payroll-related attendance information and support payroll processing.
- Investigate attendance discrepancies and process back-pay applications when required.
Operational Support & Compliance
- Conduct regular store visits to review operational performance and manpower status.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, hygiene standards, and staff grooming requirements.
- Support Store Managers in resolving workforce and operational issues.
- Monitor and report manpower movements, vacancies, and resignation updates.
- Manage hostel inspections, maintenance, and compliance matters.
Reporting & Stakeholder Coordination
- Prepare manpower, recruitment, and operational reports for management review.
- Participate in management and operational meetings to provide workforce updates.
- Coordinate employee transfers, training nominations, and related documentation.
- Collaborate with Store Managers, Area Manager, and support functions to ensure operational efficiency.
Requirements
Education
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Operations Management, or any related discipline.
Experience
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Retail Operations, Human Resources, Workforce Management, or related fields.
- Experience in recruitment, attendance management, and manpower scheduling will be an added advantage.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong in planning and coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Good in analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with HRIS, attendance management, and workforce management systems
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,455.00 per month
