Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Petaling Jaya, with fixed remote and onsite work. As a Junior Software Business Analyst at Nexstream Sdn Bhd, you will identify and analyze business requirements, support the development and implementation of software solutions, and collaborate with internal teams to improve business processes. You will play an essential role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, while ensuring projects align with client expectations and organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Analytical Skills and Business Analysis to interpret data and develop meaningful solutions.
• Expertise in understanding Business Processes and defining Business Requirements to support seamless software development.
• Strong Communication skills for effective interaction with stakeholders, team members, and clients.
• Ability to adapt to a hybrid work environment with a self-motivated and detail-oriented approach.
• Familiarity with software development methodologies, tools, and technologies is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Prior experience or internship in a similar role is advantageous.
