Job Scope

• Process inbound and outbound shipment records accurately
• Prepare delivery orders, invoices, packing lists, and inventory reports
• Update and maintain warehouse management system (WMS) and data entries
• Coordinate with warehouse staff, drivers, suppliers, and customers on shipment schedules
• Monitor stock movement and assist in inventory control and stock take activities
• Support receiving, picking, packing, and dispatch documentation when required
• Track and report shipment discrepancies, damages, or delays
• Respond to customer or internal team enquiries regarding inventory and delivery status
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of office and document areas within the warehouse
• Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties assigned by supervisor or manager

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of inventory systems or WMS is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and email communication
• Able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Good communication and coordination skills

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday - 8:30am to 6:00pm
• Saturday - 8:30am to 1:00pm
