We are a growing interior design and furnishing company providing end-to-end solutions for residential and commercial clients. From concept development and space planning to furniture sourcing, renovation coordination, and project completion, we help clients transform their ideas into reality.

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Interior Sales Designer to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with 0–2 years of experience who are eager to develop both design and sales skills in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Client Management

• Attend to sales enquiries from customers.
• Understand clients' requirements, budgets, and project objectives.
• Conduct site visits and measurements when required.
• Prepare and present design proposals and quotations.
• Follow up on leads and maintain strong client relationships.
• Convert enquiries into confirmed projects and achieve sales targets.

Design & Space Planning

• Develop design concepts based on client requirements.
• Prepare mood boards, material selections, and design presentations.
• Produce basic space planning and layout proposals.
• Assist in preparing 2D drawings and design documentation.
• Coordinate with suppliers and contractors regarding design requirements.

Project Coordination

• Support project handovers and site coordination activities.
• Monitor project progress and assist in resolving design-related issues.
• Liaise with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Essential

• Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Spatial Design, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong interest in both design and sales.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and willing to learn.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred

• Knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, V-Ray, or similar design software.
• Basic understanding of residential renovation and interior fit-out processes.
• Experience in customer service, sales, retail, or design internships will be advantageous.
• Possess Class 3 driving licence (optional but advantageous).
