Our purpose-built, stress-free environment is designed entirely around the unique needs of cats and their owners. We are passionate about advancing feline medicine in Southeast Asia.

The Role

We are looking for a confident, experienced Veterinary to join our close-knit clinical team. You will manage a varied feline caseload — from wellness consultations to internal medicine and general surgery — and play an active role in mentoring junior colleagues and shaping our clinical culture. The candidate will also step into a future leadership position as a Head Vet.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct feline consultations across wellness, preventive care, and medical cases.
  • Perform soft tissue surgical procedures including spays, castrations, dental procedures.
  • Interpret diagnostic imaging (radiography, ultrasonography) and in-house laboratory results.
  • Manage feline-specific conditions
  • Provide guidance and clinical mentorship to junior veterinarians and nurses.
  • Build lasting client relationships through clear, empathetic communication.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of clinical protocols and practice standards.

  Must-Have

• BVSc, BVetMed, DVM or equivalent from an AVS-recognised school.

Automatically recognised degrees —from schools accredited by:

  • RCVS (Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons)
  • AVBC(Australasian Veterinary Boards Council)
  • AVMA(American Veterinary Medical Association)

Alternative pathways for non-recognised degrees:

  • Passing the NAVLE (North American Veterinary Licensing Exam)
  • Passing the RCVS Statutory Membership Exam
  • Passing the Australian National Veterinary Examination (ANVE)
  • Passing the New Zealand Veterinary Examination (NZNVE)
  • Full AVS / NParks veterinary licence (or eligibility to obtain)
  • 3–8+ years of clinical experience in small-animal or feline practice
  • Proficiency in routine and soft tissue surgery
  • Strong diagnostic and clinical reasoning skills
  • Excellent English communication and client-facing manner

  Advantageous

  • • MANZCVS(Feline Medicine) or equivalent postgraduate qualification
  • • Experience in a cat-only or feline-specialist clinic
  • • Interest or training in ultrasonography / advanced diagnostics
