We are seeking a high-calibre Corporate Finance Executive to join our growing team in Puchong. This role offers direct exposure to IPOs, investments, and strategic advisory work across multiple industries.

About the Role

You will be part of our Nominated Adviser, Corporate Finance, and Venture Capital practice, working closely with senior consultants and clients on transactions such as IPOs, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and capital raising exercises. Engagement teams are typically lean, offering meaningful responsibility and client interaction from the outset.

Key Responsibilities

·      Conduct market, industry, and competitor research to support IPOs and investment opportunities

·      Perform financial analysis, valuation, and financial modelling

·      Assist in due diligence by reviewing legal, financial, and operational documentation

·      Prepare IPO-related documentation, including prospectuses, investor presentations, and pitch materials

·      Support transaction execution and coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders (e.g. legal advisors, auditors, investors)

·      Maintain deal databases and ensure data integrity, confidentiality, and compliance

·      Monitor regulatory developments and industry trends to support strategic insights

·      Provide administrative and logistical support for transactions, meetings, and roadshows

Requirements

·      Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field (Master’s degree is an advantage)

·      Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail

·      Solid grounding in corporate finance, valuation methodologies, and financial statement analysis

·      Interest in the intersection of finance, strategy, and investment

·      Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
