Hiring: IT Infrastructure Project Coordinator (Order Management & Tracking)

Location: Kempas Tech Park

Basic Salary : RM6000 - RM7500


About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented IT Infrastructure Project Coordinator to manage and track the full lifecycle of IT infrastructure orders.

In this role, you will act as the key coordination point between customers, engineering teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders ensuring infrastructure services, equipment, and provisioning activities are delivered on time and to standard.


️ Key Responsibilities

Order Management & Tracking

  • Track IT infrastructure orders from initiation through completion
  • Monitor milestones, dependencies, and SLAs
  • Ensure all documentation, approvals, and requirements are complete
  • Identify and resolve delays, risks, and process bottlenecks


Stakeholder Coordination

  • Act as the main point of contact for order-related updates
  • Coordinate across engineering, operations, procurement, and vendors
  • Provide timely progress updates and escalate critical issues


Reporting & Performance Monitoring

  • Maintain dashboards for order tracking (cycle time, aging, SLAs)
  • Generate weekly/monthly operational reports
  • Analyze trends and recommend improvements


Vendor & Supply Chain Coordination

  • Track hardware procurement, shipment, and installation readiness
  • Monitor vendor delivery performance
  • Resolve logistics and supply issues


Process Governance & Compliance

  • Ensure adherence to workflows, policies, and quality standards
  • Maintain audit-ready documentation
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in IT operations, service delivery, or project coordination
  • Experience handling high volume infrastructure/service requests
  • Strong understanding of:
  • Servers
  • Networking
  • Storage
  • Cloud & Data Center operations
  • Familiar with tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, Salesforce, Oracle systems
  • Advanced Excel & reporting skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills


Preferred Skills

  • Exposure to cloud platforms (OCI, AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Knowledge of ITIL practices
  • Experience in order fulfillment, provisioning, or supply chain processes
