Robinsons Department Stores Online is seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and highly motivated Graphic Designer to join our growing marketing team. This role will play a key part in creating compelling visual content across digital channels, supporting marketing campaigns, e-commerce initiatives, brand communications, and customer engagement activities.

Key ResponsibilitiesCreative Design & Content Development- Design engaging and visually appealing marketing materials for digital platforms, including:
- Website banners and landing pages
- EDMs and newsletters
- Social media content
- Digital advertisements
- Promotional and campaign creatives
- Product and category visuals
- Ensure all creative assets align with Robinsons' brand guidelines and visual identity.
- Adapt and resize creative assets across multiple digital channels and formats.
- Support seasonal campaigns, promotional events, product launches, and brand initiatives.
Video & Multimedia Content- Perform basic video editing for social media, digital advertising, and marketing campaigns.
- Create short-form video content when required.
- Optimize video content for various digital platforms.
AI-Powered Creative Production- Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and other AI-powered design and content generation platforms to improve creative productivity and workflow efficiency.
- Generate AI-assisted images, videos, concepts, and creative variations while maintaining brand consistency.
- Stay updated on emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative applications for marketing and design projects.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management- Work closely with the Senior Designer, Marketing Manager, and wider Marketing Team to execute creative projects and campaigns.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders including e-commerce, merchandising, CRM, digital marketing, and external partners where required.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to support business objectives.
Project & Workflow Management- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
- Use task management and collaboration platforms such as Trello, Asana, or similar tools to track project progress and priorities.
- Maintain organized design files and creative assets for easy retrieval and version control.
RequirementsQualifications & Experience- Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in any of the following:
E-commerce (preferred)
Digital marketing
Creative agencies
FMCG companies
Retail industry
- A strong portfolio demonstrating digital design capabilities across multiple platforms.
Technical SkillsProficiency in:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Basic proficiency in video editing software such as:
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- CapCut
- Canva
- Other relevant tools
Familiarity with AI creative tools such as:
- ChatGPT
- Gemini
- Adobe Firefly
- Similar AI image/video generation platforms
Experience using project management tools such as:
- Trello
- Asana
- Similar collaboration tools
