Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service Representative role based in Subang Jaya. The Customer Service Representative will handle incoming inquiries from customers, distributors, and internal stakeholders via phone and email, providing accurate information on products, orders, and deliveries. Responsibilities include processing sales orders, preparing quotations, updating customer records, and coordinating with logistics and sales to ensure timely and accurate service. The role also involves proactively following up to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- At least 1 - 3 years' of relevant work experience
- Good verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
- Prior experience in customer service, sales support, or a related role; experience in industrial or automotive sectors is a plus.
