Job Title: Technology Account Lead

Contract Duration : 1 Year

Location: KL, Malaysia

Experience Level: 6+ years


Job Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technology lead for client accounts and manage technology engagements.

• Experience in Technology Account Management, Client Engagement, or IT Consulting.

• Strong Account Management and Account Delivery Management skills.

• Experience in IT Transformation and Business Transformation initiatives.

• Develop account growth strategies through up-selling and cross-selling technology services.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key business and technology stakeholders.

• Create and execute technology account plans to drive business growth.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

• Monitor account performance and drive continuous service improvement.

• Support team development and contribute to key account decisions.

Primary Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.

• Experience managing enterprise technology accounts and client relationships.

• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to identify growth opportunities and drive business outcomes.

Good to Have / Preferred Skills


• Knowledge of Technology Architecture Sales and Solution Consulting.

• Exposure to cloud technologies and enterprise solutions.

• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.

• Relevant technology or project management certifications.
