Responsibilities：

1. Collaborate with DFT engineers on chip DFT design and define the chip test strategy.
2. Work with Application Engineers to understand chip lab testing methodologies and document lab test data.
3. Cooperate with vendors to design and manufacture test hardware such as Load Boards, Probe Cards, and Sockets, and build the ATE test platform.
4. Define test specifications, develop CP, FT, and SLT test programs, and optimize test programs to ensure coverage, stability, consistency, and test time meet target goals.
5. Drive production screening setup. Monitor test data, identify and resolve test issues through data analysis.
6. Support production lines to resolve manufacturing issues. Ensure test capacity meets shipment demand.
7. Lead RMA analysis, Troubleshoot production test issues and drive yield improvement at customer sites.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Microelectronics, Electronic Engineering, or related fields, with 5+ years of experience in chip test development.
2. Strong cross-functional collaboration and clear communication skills. Able to work with DFT, PE, and Application teams.
3. Familiar with programming languages, with strong programming ability.
4. Familiar with one or more ATE platforms. Experience with Advantest V93000 (SmarTest 7/8) development is highly preferred.
5. Familiar with test methods for digital and mixed-signal chips. Experience with ATE program development for SoC products is preferred.
6. Preferred: Experience with multi-site test efficiency optimization.
7. Preferred: Experience with high-volume manufacturing (HVM) test flow.
