Responsibilities
5.5 working days
Monday to Friday 8.45am-5.15pm
Saturday 8.45am-1215pm
1. Ensuring smooth operation of deliveries
2. Responsible for total distribution of both inbound and outbound shipment to and from yards, warehouses or consigned destinations
3. Ensuring accuracy on job performance
4. Ensure customers requirement are fulfilled
5. Ensuring proper documentation by drivers.
6. Ensuring proper handling of cargoes by drivers to prevent damages
7. Ensuring fully compliance for Workplace Safety & Health requirement
Duties & Responsibilities
To assists the Traffic Controller in: -
1. Liaise with customers and contractors for delivery, collection and trucking.
2. Ensure containers are delivered on time to customers’ premise or consigned destinations.
3. Portnet / Haulier Container System (Fleet Management System) processing.
4. Deployment of drivers assigned under sector.
5. Manage and oversee team of drivers under your sector.
6. Coordinate job assignments – inter department.
7. Site handling.
8. Comply and meet the requirements of ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 22301 for Integrated Management System.
9. Ensure achieve IMS Policy and IMS objectives.
10. Any other ad hoc duties as per assigned by superior.
Qualifications
1. Minimum secondary school level
2. Knowledge in haulage chain
3. PC literate and proficient in MS office
4. Able to read and write English
5. Good communication skill
6. Min 1 years in supervisory skill
7. Min 2 years experiences in similar field
