We are looking for a creative, strategic, and highly organised Brand Executive to join our team. This is not your usual digital marketing position – it’s a crucial role within the company where you’ll be the voice behind the leadership team and the driving force for our various companies’ digital presence.
Note: The focus here is long-term and not short-term quick fixes. It is important that you understand branding deeply and be able to not only strategise but execute branding initiatives that will increase the goodwill of the brand.

The Role
You will wear two hats:
- Manage and grow the personal brands and social media presence (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube) of our core leadership team.
- Drive the marketing efforts and brand consistency for our diverse portfolio of companies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive content calendar for upper management and corporate entities across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Oversee copywriting and collaborate with designers for creative solutions.
- Master the unique "voice" of our leaders to draft thought-leadership posts.
- Engage with followers in a professional, yet authentic manner.
- Stay ahead of digital trends to identify new opportunities for growth and engagement.
Requirements
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Relevant experience in copywriting, social media management, personal branding, or digital marketing from internships and entry-level roles.
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms (organic and paid) together with the specific nuances of each platform.
- Ability to execute branding strategies in different industries (marketing, esports, investment & finance etc.)
- High level of professionalism and discretion.
- Enjoy thinking deeply about branding.
Extra Credits If You:
- Are creative and have a good sense of aesthetic and good eye for design.
- Possess basic video editing or graphic design skills (Canva, CapCut, etc.).
- Are a natural "people person" who knows how to network digitally.
