Location: Central
Duration: 3-6 months contract
Responsibilities
Provide administrative and clerical support to daily office operations.
Handle data entry, document filing, and record maintenance.
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and email correspondence.
Prepare reports, letters, and other administrative documents.
Assist with invoice processing, purchase requests, and general office coordination.
Liaise with internal departments and external vendors when required.
Perform ad-hoc administrative duties assigned by the team or manager.
Requirements
Minimum Higher Nitec in any field
Prior administative or office support experience preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Immediate availability or short notice preferred
