Kerja Sepenuh Masa, Protege - Engineering di WCT Berhad Johor - Maukerja

The Protege will work closely with experienced professionals in the company to gain hands-on experience, technical knowledge, and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in various construction tasks, including site management, project planning, and execution under the guidance of a mentor.
• Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance understanding of construction processes, safety protocols, and industry standards.
• Contribute to ongoing projects by performing tasks such as site inspections, material takeoffs, and assisting with project documentation.
• Work alongside project managers, engineers, and others to understand different roles and responsibilities within the project.
• Build relationships with industry professionals and fellow team members to expand knowledge and career opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Fresh graduate from Degree in Civil Engineering / Mechanical and Electrical Engineering / Construction Management / Architecture and any other related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with team members.
• Willingness to collaborate and contribute positively to a team environment.
• Willing to be based outside of Klang Valley such as Johor, Kelantan and etc.
