Support the Operations Manager in overseeing all daily operations and ensuring smooth functioning of the property

Supervise and coordinate front-of-house and back-of-house staff to maintain service standards and guest satisfaction

Monitor and manage inventory levels, supplies, and procurement of goods and materials

Ensure compliance with health, safety and hygiene regulations across all areas of the establishment

Handle guest complaints and concerns professionally, resolving issues promptly and to satisfaction

Assist with staff scheduling, training, and performance management activities

Conduct regular property inspections to maintain cleanliness, maintenance standards and facilities upkeep

Prepare and analyse operational reports, identifying areas for improvement and cost efficiencies

Liaise with external vendors and service providers to ensure quality service delivery

Support the implementation of standard operating procedures and operational policies

Contribute to revenue-generating initiatives and support marketing and promotional activities
