Role Overview:

The Account Manager (Sales Executive) will report to the Head of IT Sales & Marketing and is responsible for driving new business acquisition, client relationship management, and revenue growth, primarily for Cloud solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive demand generation and new client acquisition for Cloud solutions
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing clients
  • Work closely with Pre-Sales and Post-Sales teams to ensure successful delivery
  • Prepare proposals, tenders, and commercial documentation
  • Achieve assigned sales revenue KPIs
  • Identify business opportunities and expand account portfolio
  • Participate in solution presentations and client meetings


Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of experience in solution sales / IT sales / business development / account management
  • Strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Experience in hunting (new business acquisition) is highly preferred
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and multi-tasking environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and client-facing experience
