We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Testing Technician to join our Stage business unit. The Testing Technician will be responsible for performing various tests on precision stages to ensure compliance with industry standards, customer requirements, and regulatory guidelines. This role is crucial in supporting the development and quality assurance of new Stage prototypes and products
Qualifications:
Minimum O/N levels or equivalent; An associate diploma or higher in a related field is preferred.
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in automotive testing, quality control, or a related technical role.
Demonstrated ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints with precision.
Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of manual dexterity.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.
Proven ability to maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to sit or stand for extended periods, often in a fixed position.
Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
Capability to lift and move components and assemblies as needed (up to 20kg).
Working Conditions:
Work is performed in a high-precision manufacturing or laboratory environment.
Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
Willing to do night shift

Flexibility to work overtime or shift hours if required.
Certification in relevant areas (e.g., IPC certification for electronic assemblies) is a plus.
