The Senior Fit-Out Executive is responsible for overseeing tenant fit-out and renovation activities, ensuring all works are completed in accordance with company standards, safety requirements, and approved timelines. The role serves as the key liaison between tenants, contractors, consultants, and internal departments to ensure smooth project execution from handover to opening.

New Outlet Opening & Project Coordination

• Coordinate and oversee new outlet opening projects from planning stage to operational launch.

• Monitor project timelines and ensure all opening milestones are achieved within schedule.

• Liaise with internal departments, contractors, consultants, suppliers, and external parties to ensure smooth project execution.

• Track project progress and proactively resolve issues that may affect opening timelines.

Renovation & Fit-Out Coordination

• Coordinate renovation and fit-out activities for new outlets and outlet enhancement projects.

• Ensure all renovation works are completed according to approved specifications, quality standards, and timelines.

• Conduct site inspections and monitor contractor performance throughout project execution.

• Follow up on defects, rectification works, and project completion requirements.

Documentation & Compliance

• Coordinate submission and approval of relevant permits, licenses, and project documentation.

• Ensure compliance with company requirements, safety regulations, and local authority guidelines.

• Maintain accurate project records, reports, and supporting documentation.

Outlet Readiness & Opening Support

• Coordinate outlet handover and pre-opening preparations.

• Ensure operational readiness, including facilities, equipment installation, utilities, and other opening requirements.

• Support opening activities and ensure all necessary arrangements are completed before business commencement.

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Property Management or related fields.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in project coordination, outlet development, renovation, fit-out, retail expansion, or related fields.

• Experience coordinating multiple projects and working with contractors, suppliers, and cross-functional teams.

• Strong planning, coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Able to manage multiple projects and work within tight timelines.
