We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our Industrial Sales team in Penang. This role offers excellent career growth opportunities with a global leader in fluid system solutions.

Execute sales plans to meet revenue targets
Acquire new customers in industrial sectors (semiconductor, oil & gas, chemical, power)
Build relationships with key decision-makers
Conduct product demos and site visits
Prepare quotations and contracts
Manage customer accounts for satisfaction and growth
Provide technical consultation on fluid systems
Coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery
Track market trends and competitors
Maintain CRM records and forecasts
Respond to inquiries and resolve issues quickly
Conduct customer visits and needs assessments
Provide after-sales support
Requirements:
Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the manufacturing sector, oil & gas, or industrial products sales
Demonstrated ability to manage customer relationships independently
Proven capability in consultative selling and needs assessment techniques
Willing to travel on short notice when required
