We're Hiring | Cluster IT Business Partner & Delivery Manager

Our client, a global logistics organization, is seeking a Cluster IT Business Partner & Delivery Manager to lead technology operations and drive business transformation across Malaysia and Singapore.

This is a highly visible role where you will partner directly with business leaders, oversee cluster IT operations, and identify opportunities to automate and digitize processes across a dynamic logistics environment.

What You Will Do

• Drive Digitalization: Partner directly with business unit heads to identify operational bottlenecks and implement smart, digital workflows (automation, data flow, cloud integration).
• Own the Infrastructure: Oversee all cluster workspace setups, network connectivity, and cloud environments (Microsoft Azure) across corporate offices and operational hubs.
• Elevate Service Delivery: Enforce structured ITSM/ITIL frameworks to manage regional tech vendors, optimize helpdesk SLAs, and manage localized IT budgets.
• Bridge the Region: Act as the primary local anchor point, translating global corporate IT blueprints into successful cluster execution.

What We're Looking For

• Experience: 8+ years of progressive IT experience, ideally within a multi-site setup (experience in Supply Chain is highly advantageous).
• Technical Foundations: Solid understanding of Microsoft Azure fundamentals, network architecture, and IT Service Management (ITSM/ITLM).
• Communication: Strong presentation skills to confidently influence regional stakeholders.
• Mobility: Full flexibility to undertake required cross-border travel between Malaysia and Singapore.
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
