We’re looking for a Creative Director to join our award-winning digital marketing agency!

Key Responsibilities:


Creative Strategy & Campaign Management

  • Develop and execute creative strategies that align with clients' business objectives and drive measurable results.
  • Plan, manage, and optimize multi-channel campaigns across digital platforms, ensuring strong ROI and performance.
  • Project Management & Execution

Project Management & Execution

  • Oversee end-to-end campaign execution, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and quality standards are met.
  • Work closely with creative, content, and performance teams to ensure cohesive and effective campaign delivery.
  • Analyze campaign performance, generate insights, and continuously improve strategies based on data.
  • Maintain organized workflows, reports, and documentation for all marketing initiatives.
  • Manage content calendars, ad budgets, and analytics to ensure campaigns are on-brand, compliant, and effective.
  • Prepare clear briefs and manage creative vendors - designers, editors, and agencies
  • Maintain an up-to-date repository of marketing assets, templates, and brand guidelines.


Team Collaboration

  • Lead and guide team members, providing direction, feedback, and support to achieve campaign goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Act as a bridge between team members and senior leadership to ensure clarity and alignment.


Who Are You

  • You have at least 3 years of hands-on experience across all areas of digital marketing - from budgeting, performance management and social media management. Preferably in the digital marketing industry.
  • You stay ahead of trends and are always finding ways to take advantage of them.
  • You’re honest with yourself, always learning, and constantly improving your craft.


Skills

  • Strong foundation in branding, performance marketing, and creative content.
  • Proficient across LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and other digital platforms.
  • Skilled in storytelling, video production, and campaign management.
  • Excellent taste and visual judgment.
  • Organised, analytical, and confident managing budgets, vendors, and timelines.


Extra Credits

  • Exposure to premium or luxury brands.
  • Portfolio showcasing strong video, social, or campaign work.
  • Familiar with storytelling for founders or thought leaders.
  • Interest in markets, technology, and emerging digital trends.
