About the Role


Lucasian Labs is seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and executive support in a fully remote environment.

This role is responsible for managing schedules, coordinating communications, organizing records, supporting leadership teams, and ensuring efficient daily operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.


Key Responsibilities


Administrative Support

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to executives and team members.
  • Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules.
  • Organize and maintain digital files, records, and documentation.
  • Assist with administrative projects and operational tasks.

Executive Assistance

  • Support senior leadership with scheduling and coordination activities.
  • Prepare meeting materials, reports, and correspondence.
  • Manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Assist executives in prioritizing and managing daily responsibilities.

Communication & Coordination

  • Answer and direct phone calls professionally.
  • Coordinate internal and external communications.
  • Respond to inquiries and provide administrative assistance.
  • Facilitate collaboration across departments and teams.

Office & Operations Management

  • Ensure efficient administrative workflows and processes.
  • Maintain accurate records and organizational systems.
  • Support remote office operations and business activities.
  • Identify opportunities to improve administrative efficiency.

Scheduling & Organization

  • Coordinate meetings, virtual conferences, and appointments.
  • Track deadlines and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Support project coordination and administrative planning.



Required Qualifications


  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong administrative and clerical experience.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Professional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.


Preferred Qualifications


  • Experience supporting executive leadership.
  • Administrative certifications or related education.
  • Experience with remote collaboration tools.
  • Prior experience in office administration or executive support roles.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
