The Digital Commerce & Growth Manager will lead Fusion Cosmetics’ digital marketing and social commerce function across multiple beauty and skincare brands.
You will be responsible for digital strategy, paid media performance, TikTok Shop and Shopee growth, content direction, creator and affiliate performance, live commerce planning, and digital reporting.
You will manage a small team consisting of:
- A Affiliate Relationship Manager
- An In-House Content Creator
You will work closely with the founder/CEO, brand marketing team, e-commerce team, retail team, brand partners, creators, affiliates, and external agencies.
Key Responsibilities
1. Digital Performance & Analytics
- Track and analyse digital performance across TikTok, Shopee, Meta, Instagram, Facebook, and other active platforms.
- Monitor key metrics including ROAS, CTR, CVR, CPC, CPM, GMV, net revenue, refunds, commission cost, ad spend, and campaign profitability.
- Prepare clear weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Translate data into practical commercial actions: scale, pause, adjust, test, or stop.
- Identify underperforming campaigns, creators, content formats, and product offers.
- Ensure reports and dashboards are accurate, current, and ready for management review.
2. Paid Media Management
- Lead paid media strategy across Meta, TikTok, Shopee, and other relevant platforms.
- Provide direction on campaign objectives, audience targeting, budget allocation, creative testing, and optimisation.
- Monitor TikTok GMV Max, TikTok Campaign Ads, Shopee Ads, Instagram Ads, and Facebook Ads.
- Ensure advertising spend is tied to actual business results, not vanity metrics.
3. TikTok Shop, Shopee & Social Commerce Growth
- Develop growth strategies for TikTok Shop and Shopee across multiple brands.
- Work with the e-commerce team on campaign planning, platform mechanics, pricing, product bundles, stock readiness, and promotional calendars.
- Review product performance and identify opportunities to improve conversion.
- Monitor platform updates, competitor activity, creator trends, and category opportunities.
- Build repeatable social commerce playbooks for key brands.
4. Content Strategy & Creative Direction
- Lead content strategy across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Guide the in-house content creator on quarterly content calendars, content pillars, hooks, scripts, shoot priorities, and posting cadence.
- Review organic and paid content for brand fit, accuracy, claims, tone, and commercial relevance.
- Turn performance data into better content briefs.
- Ensure each brand has a clear content direction based on positioning, consumer needs, platform behaviour, and product priorities.
5. Creator, Affiliate, KOL, KOC & Live Commerce
- Lead the commercial framework for affiliate, creator, KOL, KOC, and live commerce partnerships.
- Set criteria for creator selection, product seeding, commission structures, campaign participation, and performance review.
- Review creator performance based on GMV, actual revenue, refund rate, content quality, consistency, and brand fit.
- Plan and improve TikTok and Shopee live commerce sessions, including product mix, pricing, offers, scripts, timing, and post-live review.
- Manage creator and affiliate strategy while the junior team handles daily coordination and tracking.
6. AI, Tools & Market Intelligence
- Use tools such as KaloData, Sprout Social, TikTok analytics, Shopee dashboards, Meta Ads Manager, and AI platforms to generate insights.
- Monitor competitor activity, content trends, creator opportunities, and emerging beauty products.
- Use AI tools to improve reporting, content ideation, market research, workflow automation, and campaign analysis.
- Help the team work smarter, faster, and more systematically.
7. Team Management
- Manage and develop a small digital team.
- Set clear priorities, deadlines, and performance expectations.
- Review weekly tasks, campaign status, content calendars, affiliate activity, and reporting quality.
- Build a culture of accountability, speed, commercial awareness, and proactive problem-solving.
- Ensure the team does not only execute tasks, but understands the commercial purpose behind the work.
