Kelayakan
- Candidate must possess a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or any related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft office; Word, Excel, etc.
Tanggungjawab
- Assist the HR team in all aspects related to Human Resources such including:
- Execute recruitment including job placing, advertisement, resume screening, candidate shortlisting
- Prepare the documents according to employment kit/induction list
- Monitor employee’s attendance on regular basis
- Ensure various personnel records are up to date
- To issue medical chit to those require medical treatment, to monitor and update regularly medical
- expenses and to highlight any abnormal high of medical expenses
- To conduct Induction Training for Non-Executive employee
- Filing of various HR correspondence.
- Prepare canteen coupon early in the month
- To relief HR staff in his/her absence
