Monitor the overall progress of Alumni Database collation.
Compile and consolidate alumni information from multiple sources (e.g. internal databases, spreadsheets, etc)
Clean and standardise data (e.g. names, personal email and programme) and de-duplicate records to ensure consistency and accuracy
Verify and update alumni records via email or other communication channels (Yearbook, LinkedIn)
Track response rates and maintain proper documentation of follow-ups
Identify data gaps and systematically follow up to improve completeness
Assist in designing and distributing data collection forms/surveys (e.g. Google Forms)
Ensure proper data entry and organisation into the School’s alumni database
Maintain proper documentation of workflows and data processes.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in a relevant field or Degree or other higher qualification
Prior experiences in administration and data entry.
Well-versed in Microsoft Office Application, especially Excel and Microsoft Forms.
