Monday-Friday
8:30am-5:30pm or 9:00am - 6:00pm (including 1 hour unpaid break)

️ Key responsibilities
Facilities & Office Support
. Support daily facilities operations across office locations
. Coordinate with vendors
. Track and follow up on facilities-related matters
. Provide administrative and operational support as needed
. Welcome visitors with a professional and friendly approach
. Manage incoming calls and enquiries
. Maintain a clean and organized reception area
. Coordinate meeting room bookings and setup
. Handle mail, couriers, and parcel distribution

Requirements
. 'N' Level qualification or higher
. Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
. Professional, service-oriented attitude
. Comfortable interacting with stakeholders at all levels
. Proficiency in Microsoft Office
. Good communication skills
. Willing to travel between locations when required
