Full Time Shipping - Supply Chain Executive (import-Export-Incoterms) Jobs, Salary up to SGD 4,000 in SEARCH PERSONNEL PRIVATE LIMITED East Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

• Position      : Shipping & Supply Chain Executive (import/Export/Incoterms)
• Location      : West – Gul Link (Nearest MRT:  Gul Circle)
• Working hours    : Monday to Friday | 8.30am to 5.30pm
• Salary (commensurate with experience)     : Up to $4,500 + Variable Bonus + Annual Leaves + Medical Benefits
• Duration      : Permanent
• Industry      : Industrial Supplies & Wholesale Trade

Main Responsibilities:

• Handle purchase requisitions, purchase orders and supplier follow-up.
• Source and liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders and service providers.
• Coordinate local and overseas shipments via air, sea and courier.
• Prepare and check shipping documents, invoices, packing lists and permits.
• Monitor shipment status and ensure timely delivery.
• Handle import/export documentation and customs requirements.
• Work closely with inventory, warehouse, sales, customer service and accounts teams.
• Update ERP records and maintain proper purchasing/shipping documents.
• Resolve shipment delays, discrepancies and operational issues.
• Support stock reconciliation, invoice checking and process improvement.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, Business or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of purchasing, shipping, logistics or supply chain experience.
• Experience in FMCG/trading and international shipment will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of import/export procedures, shipping documents and Incoterms.
• Proficient in Excel and ERP/inventory systems
