Job Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the branch to ensure smooth and efficient business activities.
Lead, motivate, and manage branch staff to achieve company targets and maintain high performance standards.
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet branch objectives.
Monitor branch performance, prepare reports, and analyze key business metrics.
Ensure excellent customer service and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Manage branch budgets, expenses, and inventory control.
Recruit, train, and develop employees to build a productive team.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Handle customer feedback, complaints, and operational issues promptly and professionally.
Coordinate with headquarters and other departments to support business initiatives and operational improvements.
