Kerja Sepenuh Masa, Production Supervisor di Wan Ly Protective Packaging Perak - Maukerja

Key Responsible:

1.     Supervising and coordinating daily production activities to meet the output targets and delivery schedules, including ensuring optimal utilization of manpower, machinery and materials.

2.     Oversee plastic manufacturing processes, ensuring correct machine setup, parameter control and process optimization, including troubleshoot production and process-related issues.

3.     Ensuring products meet established quality standards and specifications by collaborating with QA and QC to address defects and implement corrective and preventive actions.

4.     Enforce compliance with company safety policies and procedures and ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

5.     Coordinate with maintenance personnel to ensure machines are in good working condition. Report and follow up on equipment breakdowns and preventive maintenance schedules.

6.     Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production reports. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as output, efficiency, downtime, and rejection rates. Ensure accurate documentation of production data and machine parameters.

7.     Monitor usage of raw materials such as plastic resins, additives, and colorants.  Minimize material wastage and coordinate with warehouse on stock levels.

8.     Ensure all production activities comply with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and company policies.
