Key Responsibilities
Able to handle full set of accounts independently
• Manage bookkeeping, monthly closing, and preparation of financial reports
• Handle invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and staff claims
• Prepare and execute bank transfers & Wise transactions
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance with internal SOPs
• Familiar with accounting software
• Manage financial transactions: Handle accounting processes including payment vouchers, official receipts, and account reconciliations.
• Provide financial insights: Generate accurate and timely financial reports and analyses to support decision-making.
• Coordinate audits: Work with external auditors for annual company audits and assist with tax filings.
• Process payroll: Prepare staff payroll, commissions, and handle employee claims and reimbursements.
• Maintain accounting records: Perform bookkeeping duties and update the company's accounting system.
• Support HR functions: Assist with HR-related tasks such as employee record management and payroll processing.
• Handle administrative tasks: Manage office-related duties, including purchase orders, delivery orders, and invoice processing.
• Innovate systems: Update and improve existing systems as necessary to enhance efficiency.
