Kerja Sepenuh Masa, Assistant Project Manager di Chan Furniture M Sabah - Maukerja

The successful candidate shall be functionally responsible to handle various aspects of the Company's construction, refurbishing, project management and maintenance of both new and existing project. Daily routine shall also include liaison with contractors, local authorities and other external entities.

Basic requirements:

*Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering

*Malaysian citizen

*Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project coordination or site management

*Experience in civil & structural engineering background will be an added advantage

*Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, English and other languages both spoken and written

*Strong skills in project planning, budgeting, site supervision. Familiarization with local construction

regulations and related formalities

*Possess soft skills with strong leadership, communication, and ability to handle stakeholders,

external entities, management and other parties whenever is necessary
