Job Summary

Join Rising Impact as an Education Consultant to represent education programmes at events, engage customers to identify their needs, and provide tailored information and recommendations. Training is provided; no prior experience required.

Responsibilities

• Represent and actively promote education programmes at roadshows and events to increase awareness and participation
• Engage customers by asking questions to understand their education needs and preferences
• Provide accurate, clear information and personalized recommendations to help customers find suitable education solutions
• Assist with event setup and coordination to ensure smooth operations and positive customer experiences
• Collaborate with team members to meet event goals and deliver excellent service

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively connect with diverse audiences
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills and product knowledge
• Flexibility to work at least one weekend per month to support event schedules
