Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable Account Cum Admin Executive to independently manage accounts, maintain office documentation, and support audit processes in a dynamic SME environment.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable to ensure accurate financial transactions across the organization
  • Review and reconcile company accounts to maintain financial accuracy and integrity
  • Manage stock reports and track inventory levels to support operational needs
  • Process payments promptly to external partners to maintain good vendor relationships
  • Maintain up-to-date records of all invoices and receipts for audit readiness and financial tracking
  • Ensure smooth flow of all office documentation to support administrative efficiency
  • Assist in office certificate audits including ISO, Bizsafe, and BCA to ensure compliance
  • Perform ad-hoc administrative and accounting tasks as required to support business operations

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Significant experience in finance or accounting to enhance financial management capabilities
  • Proficiency with QuickBooks Online accounting software to streamline bookkeeping processes
  • Advanced skills in spreadsheet software such as Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience in data entry and managing project progressive claims to support construction-related finance tasks
  • Minimum 2 years of related working experience in the Construction Trade to understand industry-specific requirements
