Role Overview
You will be responsible for running your assigned kitchen section, ensuring high standards of food preparation, hygiene, and consistency. You will support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in the daily operations and help maintain smooth service.
Job Description:
Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to company standards
Manage your assigned station efficiently during service
Ensure food quality, portioning, and presentation are consistent
Maintain cleanliness and comply with all hygiene standards (SFA requirements)
Assist in stock management, inventory checks, and ordering
Train and guide junior kitchen staff when required
Work closely with the team to ensure smooth kitchen operations
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Chef de Partie/Commis
Good understanding of kitchen operations and food safety practices
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and strong teamwork
Culinary certificate or equivalent is a bonus
