Key Responsibilities
Record daily financial transactions (sales, expenses, invoices)
Reconcile bank statements and accounts
Manage accounts payable and receivable
Prepare monthly financial reports and cash flow summaries
Support GST filing and basic tax compliance
Assist with payroll processing and expense tracking
Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records
Liaise with external accountants, auditors, and corporate secretary
Requirements
2–4 years bookkeeping or accounting experience
Knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks)
Familiarity with Singapore GST and accounting standards
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
