Kerja Sepenuh Masa QS Engineer, Gaji tinggi SGD 4,000 di YEQI PTE LTD - Maukerja

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.

At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position IN SINGAPORE.

Required Skill(s): Autocad, Microsoft Office

Preferably Manager specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.

Tender Preparation and Exercise

Contract Management

Claims Management

Budget Planning and project cost control

Preparation of progress reports

Sourcing of new vendors, compilation of quotation & comparisons of quotes. Review of prices, selection of competitive prices and summarizing subcontracts, materials and equipment.

Evaluation & certification of contractors’ claim

Knowledge of and experience in using basic AutoCAD and reading drawings

Prepare monthly progress claim and necessary cost analysis reports

Prepare variation orders. Same process as tender preparation

Liaise and establish rapport with all related parties including company clients, contractors, and consultants on certification of claims for payments

well versed in contracts documentations including follow-up &submission of tenders

Other duties as assigned by Superior from time to time

Preferably specialized in Civil/Mechanical or equivalent

Pay: $2,500.00 - $4,000.00 per month
