AB Vista is a global leader in animal nutrition technology, known for its innovative products and technical expertise across the feed industry. We are currently seeking an Export Coordinator to join our Singapore-based team, where you will play a key role in managing international shipments and supporting end-to-end export operations. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, collaborative environment, working closely with global stakeholders while building a strong foundation in export and supply chain within a growing international business.

What you'll be doing :

• Process export orders accurately from start to finish in line with internal procedures and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with business managers, customers, and internal teams to keep export activity moving smoothly.
• Support stock allocation and batch selection on a FIFO basis with supply chain colleagues.
• Collect, check, and prepare shipment documents based on destination and customer requirements.
• Monitor shipment progress and follow up on actions needed to meet operational KPIs.
