About the Role

Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions with a focus on ITOM modules. This role involves working closely with business and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions, enhance platform capabilities, and support enterprise IT operations.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Configure and customize ServiceNow applications, workflows, forms, and scripts
  • Develop and maintain platform components, including tables, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and integrations
  • Support end-to-end ServiceNow implementation activities, including configuration, testing, and deployment
  • Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and support data migration activities
  • Develop reports and dashboards to monitor performance and KPIs
  • Integrate ServiceNow ITOM modules with enterprise systems to ensure seamless data flow
  • Provide technical support and troubleshoot platform-related issues
  • Ensure adherence to best practices, governance, and audit requirements


Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience with the ServiceNow platform


Required Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience in ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management)
  • Proven experience in ServiceNow configuration, customization, and development
  • Proficiency in workflows, scripting (JavaScript), and platform components (business rules, client scripts, ACLs, etc.)
  • Experience in enterprise or large-scale ServiceNow implementations
  • Exposure to ITSM or CSM modules is advantageous
  • ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CIS) are a plus
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Collaborative, proactive, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments
